426. Insight Into Resilience: Salience and Emotion Network Connectivity Associated With Child Maltreatment in Adults With and Without Remitted Mood Disorder

Childhood maltreatment (CM) has been associated with neurobiological differences among individuals with psychopathology. Research is needed to determine whether neurobiological changes associated with CM may contribute to increased risk for psychopathology versus resilience via adaptive changes in neurodevelopment. The present study examines the relation between salience and emotion network (SEN)-based resting-state functional connectivity and a dimensional measure of CM in young adults with and without remitted mood disorder.
