Treatments for symptomatic class I patients in CEAP classification with saphenous vein reflux pilot study.

Both compression and endovenous treatments provided clinical and QoL improvements in symptomatic C1 patients with refluxing saphenous veins and exhibited no significant between-group differences. However, subgroup analysis revealed that endovenous treatment provided a statistically significant improvement in the severe symptomatic C1 group.
