摘要

•An indium tin oxide electrode was modified with iron-MOF-gold nanoparticle composite.•A thiolated aptamer toward Amyloid-β was anchored on the elctrode through Au-S bonding.•Recognition of Amyloid-β brought in decrease of electrochemiluminescence signal.•A sensitive detection of Amyloid-β down to 104 fM was achieved.
