Logistics in construction- analysis for the use of 8r's indicatives in small companies

In this study, the Brazilian civil construction sector was evaluated, a sector that represents about 7% of the GDP of Brazil, being the largest generator of direct and indirect jobs in our economy and, despite its relevance, some difficulties are encountered in this sector, such as: delay in delivery of products, divergence in the quality contracted and delivered, waste of raw materials and rework. With the focus on logistics representing a tool that enhances the services sector, this study sought to determine the frequency of problems and the valuation of gains with the proposed improvements based on the 8 "rs" in civil construction companies in the 5 regions of the country.
