Viability of thyroid cancer cells treated with 1µM PF-573,228 for 6 days was normalized to DMSO-treated cells, set to 100%. Results are % viable cells per mL {plus minus} SD of at least 2 experiments performed in triplicate (t-test: C643, K1, THJ11T: p{less than or equal to}0.05; TPC1 PF-573: p{less than or equal to}0.01; all others p=n.s.). (B) Colonies of thyroid cancer cells treated with 1µM PF-573,228 in soft agar were allowed to form for 20 days and normalized to DMSO-treated cells, set to 100%.
