Supplementary Figure 1 from PP2A-B55β Antagonizes Cyclin E1 Proteolysis and Promotes Its Dysregulation in Cancer

HeLa cells were transfected with plasmids that express Flag-B56beta or Flag-B56delta and extracts (20 mg) immunoprecipitated with either IgG (control) or anti-Flag antibodies. Western blots were then probed with anti-cyclin E1 or anti-Flag antibodies. WCE indicates position of cyclin E1 in the gel.
