摘要
A 32-year-old asymptomatic woman was referred to our center with the working diagnosis of “strange hyperechoic endometrium” mimicking fetal bones on ultrasound. Two months earlier, she underwent uterine suction curettage for voluntary termination of pregnancy at 14 weeks gestational age owing to fetal acrania. The patient reported regular menstrual periods that had resumed after the procedure, without dysmenorrhea or intermenstrual bleeding.
