This file contains supplementary figures summarizing control experiments that support conclusions from the main text. Figure S1: Candidates from our NanoString screen are not upregulated due to EMT or doxycycline treatment. Figure S2: CYR61 mRNA expression is regulated by modulation of the Hippo pathway. Figure S3: Clinical datasets support a relationship between TAZ, YAP and PD-L1. Figure S4: Pd-l1, Pd-l2, S1pr1 and Nlrp3 are differentially regulated by YAP/TAZ in human and mouse cell lines.
