Topological interference management via low-rank tensor completion for time-varying topology networks

•A novel low-rank tensor completion model for the TIM problem in the time-varying network is proposed.•We design the precoding tensor and interference suppression tensor for TIM with multi-antenna users by particular channel decomposition.•Both tensor nuclear norm (TNN) and tensor sum of nuclear norm (SNN) are used to solve the low-rank tensor minimization problem for TIM.
