摘要
Most lymphomas that involve the ocular adnexal structure are low-grade, B-cell, non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas. The treatment depends upon the grade and stage of the disease. Currently, ocular adnexal lymphoma (OAL) treatment depends on whether the disease is localized or systemic. Local disease can be very effectively treated with radiation alone. Systemic disease is frequently treated in a manner similar to other indolent lymphomas, typically using rituximab alone or in combination with cytotoxic chemotherapy. This chapter will highlight various treatment options such as radiation, systemic chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and newer antimicrobial treatment options available for various types of OAL.
