摘要
The descriptive epidemiology of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) is sparse in current literature when compared to primary central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma. In this article, we provide an update on prevalence and incidence rates of ocular lymphoma observed across various countries. We also aim to update about various local, systemic, and environmental risk factors contributing to increased incidence of NHL in different age groups, gender, and ethnicity across population groups. The knowledge of incidence of ocular NHL may provide clues as to the underlying mechanisms influencing its unique epidemiology.
