摘要

•Dietary patterns and their associations with BP showed substantial disparity in LEMRs of Southwest China.•The ethnic minorities in the less developed plateau regions adhered to much worse dietary patterns, which were associated with higher BP.•Dietary patterns in regions of higher socioeconomic status are more conducive to reduce the rising of BP, especially for women and urban residents.
