We enjoyed reading the recent article by Van Stan and fellow originators of the Rehabilitation Treatment Specification System (RTSS). It explores rehabilitation professionals’ perspectives of barriers and facilitators to RTSS implementation in research, education, and clinical care as a first step in identifying implementation strategies. We want to draw attention to the dilemma of clinical adoption of the RTSS for clinicians.
