摘要
Our results reject an association between general shape and behavior in most cases. Instead, stress how general shapes of thorax and head radiated in all directions. We also identified a radical separation of two lineages that could be representing an evolutionary constraint. Table S1 C1–C4 convergence measures and P-values. P-values were derived from 1000 simulations to test the hypothesis that the observed values are greater than random simulations based on Brownian motion. Values in bold are statistically significant (P < 0.05). Figure S1 Location of the 8 landmarks (dots in gray) and 20 semi-landmarks (dots in pale yellow) used to recover the general head shape of Eupomphini. Figure S2 Location of the 11 landmarks (dots in gray) used to recover the general thorax shape of Eupomphini. Figure S3 Eupomphini head shape variation. Scatter plot of species scores from the first and the third Principal Components.
