摘要

•For the first time, rainfall KE relations from disdrometers are validated with GPM DPR.•Rainfall KE relations showed clear seasonal (no spatial) variations for north Taiwan.•The GPM DPR can provide better rainfall KE estimates with the KEmm–Dm relations.
