摘要

•Ten novel peptide-pyrazole conjugated compounds are synthesised•Synthesized compounds especially PH3 and PH4 showed potent anti MRSA activity•PH3 and PH4 caused damage to the membranes of all tested microorganisms•PH3 and PH4 bind near the putative binding site of DNA gyrase with docking score of -6.54 and -8.2 kcal/mol.
