摘要
In this study, pristine MoS2 nanoflakes and Ni, Cu and Zn transition metal/MoS2 hybrids were prepared using spray pyrolysis and PVD methods. The structural properties of the samples were recognized by XRD which confirmed the formation of rhombohedral phase of MoS2 structures. Also, the average particle size of the samples were increased in hybrids samples in comparison to pristine MoS2 sample. The electronical structure of the samples were studied by Raman spectroscopy. The optical properties of the samples were characterized by UV–visible and PL spectroscopy. The consequences indicated that the absorption, the extinction coefficient, the refractive index, real and imaginary parts of dielectric constant and complex optical conductivity were enhanced in the visible area in TM/MoS2 hybrids respect to pristine MoS2 nanoflakes. In addition, the results exhibited the band gap and urbach energy were reduced after TM deposition on MoS2 nanoflakes. Furthermore, emission spectra showed the red shift of emission peaks and reduction of intensity in hybrids samples.
