摘要

•Antibodies to autologous proteins or non-HLA allogeneic antigens are implicated in inferior graft outcomes after HTx.•We describe the correlation of AT1R and MICA antibodies with AMR and allograft dysfunction in a pediatric HTx recipient.•We characterize and identify the potential epitope of a unique pan-reactive MICA antibody in this case.
