Changes of microstructure of central serous chorioretinopathy on OCT and its relationship with prognosis.

摘要
Using optical coherence tomography to evaluate microstructure changes in eyes with central serous chorioretinopathy quantitatively, we found that subretinal fluid was easier to absorb completely in eyes with less disintegrity of ellipsoid zone. Double layer sign and subretinal hyper-reflective materials are more common in eyes with longer duration of disease.
