In recent years, frequency diverse arrays (FDAs) have been receiving much attention due to their high degrees of freedom for beamforming [1] . Essentially, the beampatterns of FDA are related to angle, time, and range [1] , [2] , [3] , [4] . However, the time-varying property has limited the practical application of FDAs. Thus, there has been a lot of discussion about the time-varying property of FDAs [3] , [4] , [5] , [6] , [7] , [8] .
