Iris Metastases from Pulmonary Adenocarcinoma A 65-year-old man presented with blurred vision in the right eye for 2 months. There was a 3-mm mass located at 9:30-o'clock iridocorneal angle with neovascular surface (A, arrow). A few neoplasms appeared on the iris (A, triangle). The patient received intravitreal injection of bevacizumab for recurrent hyphema. One month later, the mass had decreased in size, but more scattered neoplasms appeared on the iris (B).
