Even though hrHPV detection is not relevant for screening of anal lesions, epidemiology of anal HPV infection is necessary to help, support and assess the implementation of HPV-vaccination programs, especially in highly exposed populations and in low and middle-income countries. In this study, we investigated the prevalence of anal (hr)HPV among asymptomatic MSM and TGW community in Phnom Penh and identified risk factors associated with (hr)HPV infection.
