摘要
•NTCP modelled risks of RIBP after SBRT are ~10% with brachial plexus Dmax of ~32-34 Gy in 3 fractions.•NTCP modelled risks of RIBP after SBRT are ~10% with brachial plexus Dmax of ~40-43 Gy in 5 fractions.•RIBP dose-response from historic 2DRT, 3DRT or IMRT regimens appears much steeper than with SBRT.•The larger brachial plexus volume exposure with 2DRT/3DRT/IMRT may account for this difference.•Further study is needed to ascertain the effect of brachial plexus volume exposure on RIBP risks.
