摘要
High power density is a hot pursuit in piezoelectric vibration energy harvester (PVEH) design. The assembly process has a great impact on the stiffness and damping of PVEH, and then affects the resonant frequency and output power of the system. The acrylic epoxy bonding assembly process has large damping and low stiffness. Here, we propose a PVEH inserted with aluminum alloy frame bonding assembly process, which has large stiffness, small damping, high resonant frequency of 125 Hz and high output power of 0.185 mW at 0.1g acceleration, with a high power density of 3.63 mWꞏcm -3 ꞏg -2 in test.
