Multilevel TLIF can be used to correct spinopelvic alignment when applied with the appropriate indications and techniques in patients with degenerative spinal disorders. Multilevel TLIF is associated with substantial improvements in LL, distal lumbar lordosis, and SVA (sagittal vertical axis). It also helps to correct the correlation between PI and LL.
