Cognitive Evaluation of Digital Twin Interface Layout of Industrial Machine Tools Based on Aesthetics Model

With the increasing acceptance of the concept of digital twin, the interaction interface of traditional industrial machine tools is messy and complex. In the aspect of production line optimization for digital twin, the aesthetic feeling of the digital twin interface of machine tools is worth discussing. In this paper, the aesthetic evaluation of the layout of nine information blocks in the digital twin interface of a machine tool is completed by using six common comprehensive aesthetic indicators of computer interface (13 interface aesthetic standards proposed by Ngo). Taking eight different layouts as examples, and conducting comprehensive aesthetic evaluation and ranking, a simple performance experiment was completed to verify the fuzzy impact of interface aesthetics on cognitive performance. The ranking of the interface layout with the last ranking is improved after optimization by the above methods, which proves the effectiveness of the above methods.
