An Interleaved-Type Inverter Based on Switched-Capacitor and Filter Inductor

摘要
In this paper, an interleaved-type inverter topology based on switched-capacitor (SC) and filter inductor is proposed. At first, the topology consists of two four-level switched-capacitor inverter modules and a coupled inductor. The two inverter modules are connected by a coupled inductor in parallel. The role of the coupled inductor is to increase the number of output levels. On this basis, the topology is optimized and the coupled inductor is replaced by two filter inductors. The optimized topology reduces the output THD and realizes the self-balance of capacitor voltage. The interleaved PD-PWM strategy is adopted in this parallel structure to reduce the ripple of output. The simulation verifies the feasibility of the topology.
