摘要
•COF-based monolith with hydrophilic interaction was first proposed.•Successful embedment of COF into UF monolith was confirmed.•This COF-based monolith was applied as sorbent for in-tube SPME of SPAs.•Efficient SPME was achieved by the combination of HI and π-π stacking interaction.•In-tube SPME-HPLC method with COF-based monolith was proposed for analysis of SPAs.
