Quantifying the translational and rotational dynamics of single molecules (SMs) is key to studying the structure and organization of actin filaments, amyloid aggregates, and lipid membranes. However, robustly measuring this high-dimensional information from noisy SM images remains extremely challenging due to the limited number of photons collected from each molecule.
