摘要

•Pan-HDAC inhibitors increase IL2 triggered NK cell proliferation.•Low concentration of pan-HDACi did not affect the normal function of NK cells.•Pan-HDACi increased the proliferation of NK cells.•The proliferation was stimulated by IL2, irrespective of the quantity of IL2.•The stimulation by IL2 was via upregulation of the JAK-STAT signaling pathway.
