Neonatal outcomes in pregnant women with pulmonary arterial hypertension associated with heart disease.

Pregnancy in women with severe PAH can significantly increase the risks of neonatal events. While neonatal outcomes in pregnant women with mild PAH were considered optimistic in the present study, a multidisciplinary management of PAH in pregnancy would be necessary to have consistently good outcomes.
