摘要
aims: Accurately estimation of fetal weight plays a vital role in choosing appropriate childbirth way, identifying abnormal labor process and obtaining good birth outcome. background: In China, there are five formula methods usually applied for predicting fetal weight. It is unknown that which formula is the most accurate. objective: The purpose of this study is to compare the accuracy of five formulas used to predict the fetal weight in pregnant women and find the most accurate formula. method: A total of 1197 full-term pregnant women who gave birth to their babies in the same hospital from January to March 2019 were selected. The fetal weight was predicted based on uterine height and abdominal circumference values of the last examination, compared with the newborn birth weight. The root mean square error (RMSE), empirical cumulative distribution map (ECDP) and Bland–Altman plot were used to evaluate and compare the accuracy of the five formulas for fetal weight prediction in different BMI pregnant women. result: The results of fetal weight prediction showed that Zhuo''s RMSE value was the lowest (348.7), the peak value of ECDP (20.0) was closer to 0. conclusion: Zhuo’s method has the highest accuracy in predicting fetal weight. It is convenient to obtain the data as well as calculate infant’s weight. other: It’s suitable for estimating fetal weight of pregnant women with different BMI.
