摘要

•Large area AZO/Ag NWs/AZO transparent conductive films were prepared by dip-coating method.•The introduction of bottom and top AZO increases the adhesion and air stability.•The composite film conductivity significantly improved with increasing Ag NWs dipping times.•The composite film obtained the best quality factor when Ag NWs dipping 5 times.
