Eye movement characteristics are not significantly influenced by psychiatric comorbidities in people with visual snow syndrome

•Visual snow syndrome is a neurological condition affecting visual processing.•People with visual snow syndrome show changes to ocular motor behaviour.•Here we show those ocular motor changes are not caused by common psychiatric symptoms.•Our results support the utility of ocular motor assessment in visual snow syndrome.
