We commend Tu et al. on the recent article on comparison of endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) versus bridging therapy (BT) in minor stroke patients with large vessel occlusion (LVO) [ [1] Tu W.J. Xu Y. Based on retrospective, observational study of 903 patients, the authors conclude non-inferiority of EVT compared to BT in patients presenting within 4.5 h of onset. We have a few questions and comments.
