摘要
A 61-year-old woman was referred to our pulmonology department with a 2-month history of dry cough and progressive dyspnea. She had been an active smoker (80 pack-years) since the age of 16. Her personal history included arterial hypertension and dyslipidemia, which were being treated with valsartan and simvastatin, respectively. In addition, she was diagnosed with Crohn disease at age 55. Since then, her Crohn disease has been well controlled with mesalazine. Her history contained no mention of workplace or environmental exposure, recent travel, or a family history of interest.
