摘要
The troponin complex is made up of regulatory proteins found in cardiac myocytes that are integral to efficient cardiac muscle contraction. The complex is made up of 3 subunits: troponin C (TnC), troponin I (TnI), and troponin T (TnT). During myocardial ischemia, downstream hypoxic effects lead to myocyte cell death and rupture of the cell membrane. 1 Park K.C. Gaze D.C. Collinson P.O. Marber M.S. Diagnostic criteria for MINS using Abbott high-sensitivity cardiac troponin I (hs-cTnI) are unknown. Full-Text PDF
