Protracted Paleoproterozoic partial melting recorded in the Taihua Complex, southern North China Craton: Insights from zircon U–Pb ages of leucosomes within migmatites

•1. Plagioclase-rich and K-feldspar-rich leucosomes, and pegmatites were identified in the Taihua Complex.•2. Multiple melting events took place over ∼ 110 Myr in the southern North China Craton.•3. Partial melting occurred during slow exhumation and post-collisional extension stages.
