摘要
In this study, the TBG composites (composites of tellurium doped black phosphorus nanoflakes (Te/BP NFs) with graphite nanoflakes (GNFs)) were successfully prepared which showed excellent electromagnetic wave absorption performance. The permittivity and dielectric loss tangent of TBG composites increased with the increase of GNFs content. When the ratio of Te/BP NFs to GNFs was 1:1 (TBG-1–1 composite), the reflection loss reached −10 dB under the thickness range of 1–3 mm and frequency range of 5.25–18 GHz, and the minimum reflection loss was −31.07 dB at the frequency of 4.14 GHz. Moreover, the relationship between minimum reflection loss frequency and thickness of TBG-1–1 composite conformed to the λ/4 impedance matching model. Therefore, the TBG composites have great potential in the application of high-frequency electromagnetic wave fields.
