摘要
Tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) is widely expressed in decidual interface, and TRAIL receptor specifically binds to it and plays a role in cell function regulation. TRAIL receptor is differ-entially expressed in cells such as decidual cells, tro-phoblast cells, and immune cells, which can regulate cytokine secretion, cell proliferation and apoptosis, func-tion shaping, and induce inflammatory cell differentia-tion. Abnormal expression of TRAIL receptor leads to early abortion and other pregnancy complications, which plays an important role in the early pregnancy of hu-mans. This review describes the expression of TRAIL receptor in early pregnancy and provides a new clinical approach to improve the treatment of early pregnancy complications.
