We demonstrate an improved speckle variance optical coherence tomography (SV-OCT) pipeline for monitoring microvasculature dynamics. By accounting for time-varying and system-varying noise, we show robust quantitative SV readouts of human blood flow in 2D and 3D, with promise for long-term physiological monitoring.
