摘要
The aims of this study were to determine Pb, Cd, Ni, Cr, Mn, Co, Cu and Zn contents in 7 species wild edible mushrooms from the Batak Mountain, Bulgaria and thus to assess the hazard index (HI) arisen from the long-term consumption of them. The samples were digested in a microwave closed system Multiwave 3000. All elements concentrations were determined on a dry weight basis. In determining the amount of elements in 7 species of wild edible mushrooms samples was used AAnalyst 800. For the age group 1-3 years the HI > 1 for Amanita caesarea, Cantharellus aurora and Cantharellus tubaeformis. It was found that PCA analysis showed that the coefficient of accumulation contribution of the variation of the first two major components reached 76.5%. The mushrooms from Batak mountain are ecologically clean and suitable for everyday use. However, to evaluate the possible danger of heavy metals on health risk assessment, their level should be analysed more often in wild edible mushrooms.
