摘要

•Piezo1 is involved in the pathogenesis of LPS-induced ALI.•GsMTx4 inhibits the secretion of TNF-α and IL-1β and the apoptosis of lung epithelial cells by targeting Piezo1.•The NC-GsMTx4 has high biocompatibility and can effectively inhibit lung inflammation and collagen deposition in mice with ALI, consequently relieve the progression of lung injury and pulmonary fibrosis.
