摘要
Leishmaniasis, vector-borne diseases related to the genus Phlebotomus, is a public health problem in Algeria, mainly in its cutaneous form. The region of Draa El Mizan (Kabylie), is known as home to the visceral form related to Leishmania infantum and became since 20 years an area related to cutaneous leishmaniasis. During summer 2013, an entomological survey was conducted at Draa El-Mizan in order to make a fauna inventory of sandflies, using light traps type CDC. Out of 22998 harvested specimensa representative sample of 1500 individuals underwent morphological identification by optical microscope. The genus Phlebotomus is predominant with 97.41% of individuals representing 5 taxa where prevail Phlebotomus perfiliewi (4.63%) and Phlebotomus cease (19.4%). The global M/F sex ratio is 1.39. Conversely, individuals females haematophagous are more frequent in species Phlebotomus perfiliewi (sex ratio M/F = 0, 82). At Draa El Mizan, the climatic conditions associated with the human pastoral activities maintain the proliferation of the genus Phlebotomus subservient to Leishmania infantum. Furthermore, the use of light traps type CDC showed his interest in Entomological surveillance of vector diseases.
