摘要

•Device modeling of HTM-free perovskite solar cell was comprehensively performed.•The impact of six inorganic ETMs on device performance was investigated.•Zinc selenide (ZnSe) as ETM exhibits highest efficiency.•The impact of physical parameters on the device performance was fully examined.•Optimized device structure exhibits a maximum PCE of over 26 %.
