摘要

•Laser assist sealing was used to produce entirely glass frit encapsulated DSSCs.•Electrolyte injection holes were micro-structured with laser.•Sealed cells pass the MIL-STD-883, IEC 61646 and ISOS-L-2/3 protocols.•PCE of fully glass sealed cells survived more than 4000 h of ageing.
