摘要
Rapid, efficient, and point-of-care (POC) detection still presents challenges for bioanalysis. With the increasing demand for biological analysis, various real-time and automated batch analysis techniques are particularly popular. Compared with traditional methods, microfluidic chip has the advantages of miniaturization, automation and low sample consumption. Advanced enzyme-like nanomaterials combined with microfluidic technology can provide various novel portable devices for real-time, fast, efficient, and sensitive bioanalysis. This paper reviews the recent progress of enzyme-like materials-integrated microfluidic platforms for various bioanalysis. The types of enzyme-like nanomaterials and various applications are summarized. In the end, the current challenge and perspective are also discussed. Overall, this review provides a detailed illustration and potential guidance for developing microfluidic-based bioanalysis methods with the assistance of enzyme-like materials.
