摘要

•We present a data-fusional approach to estimate mobility at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in Finland.•Public road traffic data can be used to dynamize static radiation and gravity models and increase their performances.•Using up-to-date road traffic data in combination with pre-pandemic mobile phone data yields the best result.•Google and Facebook mobility reports did not produce further enhancements in our case.
