摘要

We report two first-of-a-kind achievements for integrated O -band coherent subsystems: a full coherent link at 112 Gbps (56 Gbaud QPSK) with 2.1•10 ⁻⁴ measured BER, and a record baud rate 128 Gbps (64 Gbaud QPSK) transmitter.
