An Optimization Method for Ultrahigh-resolution Vis-OCT Imaging

摘要
Visible light optical coherence tomography (vis-OCT) enables a higher axial resolution than that of OCTs operating in the near-infrared domain. However, the axial resolution of vis-OCT is compromised by the polarization mismatch between two interferometric arms, the significant material dispersion in visible range, and the insufficient post-processing procedure. In this paper, we propose an optimization method combining the system calibration with a post-processing method to achieve an optimal ultrahigh-resolution vis-OCT imaging.
